Shipping rates are calculated based on weight, size, and location it is being delivered to; it will also depend on which shipping method you choose. The Futurist Co. ships anywhere around the world.

Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping in the US!

International shipping rates may vary drastically depending on weight and country.

If you are not satisfied with your order then please return the items back to us in original condition within 30 days upon receipt. 

​

If an item is returned without its original packaging we may charge a 15% restocking fee.

​

You are responsible for return shipping fees unless there is a defect or error in shipping.

If you recieve a defective item then please contact us immediately so that we can replace the item accordingly.

Why do some items take longer to ship then others? We do not keep everything in our warehouse and may list a product as a special ordered item which may take 2-4 days to ship. We ask that you be patient with us and we will always make sure to update you on your order.

How do I track my order? We will send you a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

Can I cancel my order? If you wish to cancel your order then please contact us through our email thefuturistco@gmail.com or the "contact us" button through the website as soon as possible. If an order has already shipped then there is nothing we can do to cancel the order.

Can I overnight my order? If it is a special ordered item then we can not, but  if it is not a special ordered item then send us an email as soon as possible. We will offer expedited shipping via FedEx.
