It is technically still July 20th on the West coast and I don't want to miss my chance to honor the men who changed history on this day back in 1969. This photo of an emotional Neil Armstrong returning back to the spacecraft after becoming the first man to step foot on the moon still gives me chills from head to toe. It always reminds me that there are these rare special occurrences that are captured in time where all the right pieces come together to form a "moment". The earth is 6 billion years old and the universe is trillions of years old and all we really look forward to are these "moments". Neil Armstrong was put on planet earth to give us his inspirational journey to cherish for as long as mankind exist and possibly beyond. Mr. Armstrong introduced the world to the universe. "That's one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind".
